Angela was inspired by a creative embroidery course  fifteen years ago. She attended the course for several years and also other art based courses. Since retiring she has had the time to experiment with other techniques and materials and now enjoys creating textile-based mixed media pictures.

She takes inspiration from nature and enjoys the freedom of abstract landscapes in which she can indulge her love of colour and texture. She gets pleasure from the way each picture evolves differently to produce a unique piece.
