Originally from Yorkshire Chris moved to Bristol in 1985 and having completed a Foundation Art Course in the city and then went on to study Graphic Design at Salisbury Collage Of Art.

Having worked for design agencies in the Bristol area he set up his own agency, Frank Brands in 2007, specialising mainly in packaging design for many National and International household names.

Chris works in watercolours and have developed a strong recognisable impressionistic style bringing his subject matter by capturing the energy and light.
