Sally has been practising ceramics for a number of years. She mainly works on the wheel and enjoys the feeling of a pot growing under her hands, changing shape as pressure is applied to the clay.

She is interested in form, creating pots with a satisfying shape, and in using oxides, glazes and slips for colour and decoration. She enjoys making pieces that have a function rather than being purely decorative; pots that can be used in everyday life. Most of her pots are oven and dishwasher proof.
